I am finally reading that classical book, The Law of Attraction.  It talks about how our vibrational frequency attracts to it a similar vibration. As I am reading it I sense into my body and feel where my fears are holding a contraction in my tissues and cells.  Yesterday during the Mystic Explorers group my guides came in and said a few choice things:

Dear Ones, Sometimes we take on the imaging of you brave souls on the earth plane to be like little children. As you struggle with taking steps and riding the tricycle, focused on your frustration and failure, we in this realm primarily see your radiant light. Our outpouring of love to you is unlimited. There is no pain or fear that this universal love cannot touch, sooth and heal. We invite you, at this very moment, to open and receive this grace. In each moment that you can set aside your doubt and resistance and allow the frequencies of love penetrate into the pockets of fear and pain that are held within your tissues and energy field, healing occurs. As you systematically replace contraction with the expansion of love and light, your vibrational field becomes more radiant and magnetic, drawing to you what you truly desire.
