In many mystical traditions, activating the light body is an essential early step on the path.\u00a0 In this course you will learn more about the light body and how our ancestors worked with the energies of the sun, light and midsummer. You will discover several goddesses that represent these energies. The audio files are divided into instruction<\/em> audios and meditation & energy practice<\/em> audios. When you begin the energy practices, please start with the BASIC PRACTICE\u00a0 and GROUNDING sessions.\u00a0 Advanced light-body practices, including the crown chakra, will be offered in another course.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
